Return & Refund Policy

At Solid Packaging, many of our items are made specifically to your requirements.

Custom Products
Custom-printed products, special sizes, and any items manufactured based on your specifications cannot be returned, as they are made exclusively for your order and cannot be resold.

Stock Products
For standard stock products offered on our website, returns can be arranged. To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@solidpackaging.co.uk with your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for return delivery charges.
